Feline is currently in Labour ATM and just near the vaginal opening, she has 2 small crimson coloured bubbles/tiny marble sized things under the skin which appeared as she went into labour and is causing her great discomfort. I don't know what to do, I'm unable to take her to the vet so please do not suggest I take her there... ??? Please HELP?

Can you please post a photo? I wonder if you're describing part of the sac?
If she is unable to deliver the kittens she or the kittens may die. A vet visit, though what you don't want to hear, may be essential.
