her name is "manchita" and I'm worried because...

It looks to me like she might be a bit overweight and overgrooming certain areas that she can reach as a result.  I would take her to the vet to check for allergies and to advise on a diet.

What are you feeding her?  Have you tried stopping the new food and going back to the old food to see if it clears up?

I've never groomed her.. that's my concerned, I change from hills ideal balance to one of purina.. I'm going to take a pic closer

I think she is overgrooming herself. All cats do clean themselves, but they can do too much if they are allergic, or stressed, or unable to reach other areas.

I would recommend taking her to a vet.
