Transfer factors for IMHA

Our cat has a rare form of feline IMHA and we were told that Transfer factors would help her. Has anyone used this for this disease on cats?

She's already on an immunosuppressive plus a couple of other things. We bought it because we found out that it works on dogs with the same disease. We figured it should work on cats as well.

HELP!!

I don't have any experience with this but found the following thread by a member who unfortunately has a lot of experience with treating IMHA.  She used Transfer Factor as part of the treatment for one of her cats, and at the time of this thread, the cat was doing okay.

Thanks for the post. We just got back from our specialist and her blood count is now up to 25 BUT now they think because she's overweight and on steroids she might be diabetic. We have to check her pee this weekend. So some good with a little bad but I'll take it.
