yeah, i think so. he's having a rough time breathing. :(

i rubbed a washcloth all over his mama for her scent and wrapped him up in it.

he was really restless until i did that and now he's pretty quiet.

poor lil guy just wants to be near his mama.

Will mama let him be close for his final moments? This is sad. [emoji]128546[/emoji]

she was beside him for a little while, licked him and let him crawl on her for a minute. but then she hopped out of the box. he was curled up in the washcloth next to his siblings for his final moments. lil guy is gone now. :(

i remembered i caught some cute pics of him from a few days ago:

RIP lil guy. :(

I'm so sorry. At least you comforted him at the end. He looked like a sweetie! [emoji]128149[/emoji][emoji]128062[/emoji]

How are the remaining kittens doing?

Hmm. Sounds like milk from an upset tummy. I'd wait and see if it happens again. Is she otherwise nursing and acting okay?

yeah, she nursed maybe an hour ago, and i haven't noticed her being lethargic or anything.

okay, i'll keep an eye out for it again.

Yes, let us know if it happens again. She might need a drop or two of mylicon, which is baby simethicone to help with gas.

Yes, usually in a grocery, pharmacy, or Walmart baby aisle. It's gas drops.

Refund - woo hoo! Vet is a good idea. It could be a digestive problem, or simple reflux. I hope the vet can help. Let us know what happens. I hate for you to lose another baby! [emoji]128528[/emoji]

Yes, if she won't nurse. I'd mix it with pedialyte instead of water. Honey on her gums if she's lethargic. But just feed 1-2 mL's at a time. See how she does. Don't force too much. And careful she doesn't aspirate it into her lungs.

okay, got it :)

i gave her some mylicon and some more pedialyte. no more foam since she last spit up, so hoping the mylicon gives her some relief.

Great! Hoping it helps settle her tummy too. I also hope she will go back to nursing mom. Keep me posted! Thanks! [emoji]128522[/emoji]
