I need some advice

It's my cat first breed
She delivers 4 kittens 48 hours apart (2 at sat and 2 today)
She still has contractions since the morning (about 12 hours)
She looks abnormal and not feed or drink well
What should I do ?
Is if normal to have these contractions and till when?!!
By palpation there is some mass in her belly (don't know if there is still another baby to come)
She has the contractions even when she sleeps

Its wise if you have the same post in the Forum. This way you get more answers. And more people sees these answers.

Pauses between deliveries are common. As long momma is OK, and no active labor, you can observe and wait

Also, some aftercontractions are common.

That mass, it may be yet another kitten, but it may be natural swellings of the vomb and so...   Not easy to know if you arent really skilled with palpitation.

If momma were OK, happily busying herself with the kittens, I would say, you be observant and watchful like a hawk, but you can wait.

But here you write she is "lazy" and tired.  This is alarming.

I do strongly suggest you do contact your vet ASAP. Take her to him if necessary.

During the time, give her food and water.  Be sure the food contains calcium.  If she manage milk, give mild as drinking. You can have some honey in that milk. Honey gives quick energy.  If you arent sure she manages cow milk, goat milk is excellent.  Youghurt is OK, or some cheese.   Crushed egg shell into fine powder, of boilded egg is another alternative, sprinkled over her food.   Do give her the calcium immediately.   And contact your vet.

How are the kittens?  Alive and healthy?  Does she take care of them?   If not, you must step in immediately.

You should take her AND the kittens that were already born to a vet as soon as possible!  Only a vet can tell you if there is still a kitten waiting to be born.  Sometimes the uterus being contracted can feel like it's another kitten when it is not.  However, if a kitten is stuck or her uterus is getting weak from having contractions so long, you could lose her and the babies.  Here is an article about birth, but it says pretty much the same thing, if there is a problem, you must go to the vet.

I went to the vit. Yesterday but I am sure now you can't find good one in this country (Egypt)
The Vit did ultrasound and after it the conclusion was : maybe there is another baby!!....
He gave her oxytocin injection to facilitate the delivery !!
The contractions continued for several hours then stopped
I supply the cat with water and some food every now and then
Hope she will be just fine

If she is better, so she is better.  Tx God!  Tx for telling us.

It seems to you the vet didnt do much good, but its a cheap insurance against real disaster.   IF there  was a kitten stuck in her, he would get it out.

The good everyday care, its you yourself whom must give it.  As always, whichever country you are in.  So its "just" to proceed with it...

You got some tips on good food and goat  milk in my earlier post.

I hope you will consider having her spayed after these kittens are weaned.

Moving, eating, drinking...
But I ve some consideration about the contractions
It back after several hours but with lower rate than yesterday
She look healthy feeding and caring for her babies

Is it normal to still have these contractions
The vaginal discharge is much less with no abnormality in it rather than slightly bloody stained

Cats do have after birth contractions.  I don't think they are usually so obvious.

Good.  She was probably "just" exhausted.  Perhaps delivery of the two stillborne was extra difficult??   - that is btw why I mentioned having some honey in her drinking fluid... Making sure her food is calcium rich is always wise. Some needs calcium more than others.

Re the vet.  Another reason why giving the oxytocine by the vet was wise, - a kitten he "should" be able to palpitate / see on ultrasound, true - but she could have one 

birth-mothercake  left inside her.   Which is not good.  Giving this oxytocine made sure it would be expelled too.

So really, I think the vet did adequately.  You can confidently proceed to use his services in the future too.

Some red colored discharges afterwards is common.  As long its watery with just some red coloring.  Real alive blood we dont like, although a few drops may happen.

 Ouch. I see.

Prepare for taking care of the kittens yourself!   She  may hopefully proceed to take care of them just a few hours after the cesarean, but she may be too weak for it.

Make sure you do have goat milk or kmr at home.   they are used to momma now, so its not sure they will want bottle.  It is easier with a neeedleless syringe or a dropper.  The kitten tummy down, head up, may be raised somewhat up.  In the corner of the mouth, a few drops at a time so the kitten manage to swallow.

Burp afterwards like a baby.   If momma cant wash them, you must help them to eliminate - easiest after the feeding.

Compare with the articles with handraising of orphaned kittens, its a similiar procedure.

Poor girl. That's what I was worried about. Please consider spaying her; if she has to have a c section they can do it tomorrow. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting her have any other litters.

When they can feed from their mom???

Have they spayed her? And have you been feeding the kittens while she was gone?? They need to eat every two hours at most at this age. Please get some kitten milk replacer IMMEDIATELY and let us know if you need further instruction.
