Marquis Paste

Does Marquis paste need to be refrigerated?  The head of my rescue group gave me three pre-measured vials to give my foster kittens for three days.  I have two left and put them in the fridge, even though they are wrapped in foil.  Is it okay to fridge them or should I just leave them in a cabinet?

I don't know what this is so I looked it up. The official website says it's for horses, and to store it at controlled room temperature (15-30 oC).
