I started to notice all these little scabs around my cats neck and thought it was because my other cat was getting to ruff and making wounds, however I started seeing them all over the rest of her body and all she does is itch/lick. Her body looks and feels so bad how do I help her.

Not that I can find/see and I would think if it was fleas out other cat would be having the same problem.

This cat could be more allergic. I would recommend combing them both for fleas.

Either way, I would take this cat to the vet. She is definitely extremely uncomfortable.

Yep looks like a flea allergy. My cat who is allergic to fleas gets that is she's bitten too many times. There maybe something else your cat is allergic to. My cat usually will get treated with a Convenia injection and and steroid injection and it clears up quickly. The picture looks like the scabs are infected so a vet visit is advisable.

The cat is at the vets as I type, they said I could bring her in and they would work her in sometime today and give me a call. So now I sit here and wait.

It's not something too serious, just getting to the bottom of the cause, might be difficult ,if it's not the obvious culprit of fleas.

Called the vet to check in, they said she is going to be looked at next, hoping to hear back in another hour or so.

Just got back, it was an allergic reaction. They also said that they found flea dirt but they couldn't find any fleas, however they said it might only take one bite from one flea for her to break back out. However they also said that they can't say 100% that it is a reaction to fleas. In a week or so I want to go back and get some flea medication for both cats and get them treated at least once to see if there is a difference. And as much as I would like to say that it is a flea problem I don't understand why she would just start having noticeable problems in these last 2 weeks that we have been at the new place, it just doesn't make sense to me. But I guess at this point all we can do is kind of wait and see and try different things.
