Droncit for fleas is it dengerous?

Hi. Please if anybody knows about Droncit spot on I put today on my cats neck but unfortunately she licket a little bit one second after she had little bit of saliva around her mouth I washed her. She sounds ok now even had some food. But do you think it can be dengerous? Thank you

They do warn strongly against licking up to one hour after application.   Im not sure if its just for the anti tape worm droncit - this comes into body anyway.  It may also be the solution which is poisonous...

I would recommend you to contact your vet - phone at least.  ASAP.

Droncit spot-on does not kill fleas. It just kills tapeworms. So you should ask your vet about getting a proper flea product.

According to the product info sheet, they shouldn't lick it. . .but it does say that a bittering agent is used so some hypersalivation may occur if they do lick it, and this isn't cause for concern. So I would guess that a small amount is OK. It's just praziquantel with something added to make it absorb through the skin, and praziquantel can be taken by mouth, so it should be safe. It's just the additive that may cause irritation.

Thank you. Yes i maked mistake for fleas i had different but its all good. My cat is ok
