Our cat I believe is a year old. We believe she is pregnant. However we have not seen kittens. We've kept her inside since we live in Michigan I don't want her to go outside and potentionally have them out there and then the kittens die from being so cold. She doesn't look like she swallowed a soft ball when you stand over top of her. But she is so saggy underneath. It's not a great pic b UT can anyone give me advice or tell by looking at the pic if she is in fact pregnant or something else going on.

Has she been outside or around intact males? If so, she is likely pregnant.

I don't see a picture :dk:.

But, yes, in general, if a cat is of breeding age (over 4 months), is not spayed, and has been around intact male cats (who are everywhere outdoors even if you don't see them), she's almost certainly pregnant. Especially this time of year. You should get her in for a prenatal vet check.
