New to area.Lots of cats. This certain one i feel so bad for. He's miserable, constantly shaking his head. Howls when he scratches his ears,keeps them kind of down,his eyes don't look good he's sneezing alot.Don't know if he's neutered. I put a pet bed out on the front porch for him to get shelter, bowl with fresh water. I had a couple of chicken thighs i baked and today i fixed him a scambled egg. (Just egg, no butter or spices.)He just a lonly soul who needs help. I don't have the money to take him to a vet. I have no idea where he goes when hes not visiting my front porch. But he makes me cry to see him so uncomfortable, miserable, in pain,such sadness about him. I wish there was more i could do.

Is he feral, or a stray. Will he let you get close enough to examine him? If so, you may be able to determine if he's got mites, or an infection in his ears (by the smell), etc.
If he's sneezing and his eye's don't look good, he's probably got Feline Herpes, and depending on how bad it is, that COULD be helped with L-Lysine in some food twice a day. Or he might need antibiotics
Does he appear to be an old cat, or a young fellow? I'm wondering if you could get him to the Humane Society or somewhere where they might take care of him.
