Cat breath bad and not grooming

My NikNik is about 4 yrs old. He has always been skinny and never once purred. Lately he has quit grooming and his fur is greasy and dirty. His breath smells like rotten meat. A few days ago he started sneezing and has a runny nose and fur loss. Also a major amount of flea eggs but few fleas. He does have great appetite and his eyes are clear. I have no income so a vet is not an option. I did get a 3way vaccine to give him. Any suggestions?

This is not a good sign, he will need to see a vet please see the attached link for health care options when things are tight financially
