Weird Cats.......or normal?

Both Graycie and Shadow will sit and stare up at the ceiling and meow. When they see us look up they stop and look everywhere else even leaving the room. I've noticed the kittens starting to do the same thing Do other cats do this or are mine just really weird?

Jeepers does the ceiling thing when she's on top of the wardrobe..... it's like she just wants to get higher up but can't figure out how.

Em does that sometimes. I thought he was just looking at the dust...maybe they like to play mind games with us!

absolutely normal!!!! sometimes they meow so loud at the ceiling and i couldn't see anything... i feel so dumb....

Mine also stare up at the ceiling corners sometimes. In my case, that's when I know there must be cobwebs up there.

LOL mine do the same thing...what are they looking at?

I think their sight is as sharp as their hearing!

I've noticed ours meow when there's a bug - a fly or spider or something. It's like they're calling - "Mom! Dad! Look!" - like we can make the bug get closer to them so they can attack it or something!

They also do this when we can't see anything. Personally, if it's not the aliens - I think it's a shadow or something, LOL!
