Hi. I will be traveling with my cat by train (some Amtrak routes allow this now) and would like to know if anyone knows of a carrier with a built-in small litter box? Thanks!

I don't know about a built in litter box - how would you change it?

I have two suggestions -- what I use when traveling with cats is a human incontinence pad which I fold to fit the carrier.  If your carrier is large anough, you can get one of those ice disposable cardboard litter boxes that are made for ferrets (at Petsmart or Petco0 and use that too.  If it spills, no big deal, you can just shake out the incontinence pad and use it again.  My cats didn't have any accidents n 12 hour traveling legs, but I was prepared if they did.

Or puppy training pads
They probably cost less than a Human pad, especially if you buy them at the dollar store. Bring a few extras with you to change out if neeedd and a trash bag to put the used wet pads in.

I can't get the heart thank-you thing to work but I am very grateful for advice.
