Need help for a cat that vomits after eating

I have a 4 yr old cat his name is Stretch he eats some them vomits after eating too much.

This is Stretch. We have taken in buddy as an orphan. Stretch was an orphan, Whiskers an orphan.

I also have 2 teenage cats they are Anne and Sassy both brother and sister.

Also have a stray cat that we possible might take in. It's 8 months old. Not spayed or nutered yet the below pic is the kitten.

How often does this happen?

Vomiting in cats is actually never normal despite what some people believe, however, vomiting on very rare occasions is usually not a real cause for concern and doesn't tend to require urgent action. However if this is happening on a frequent basis, you really should take the cat to a vet to see what is going on. There are too many possibilities for us to possibly speculate.

If you truly think this happens just because he eats too much, have you tried limiting how much you give him to eat at once?

Again, frequent vomiting is not normal or healthy.  If this doesn't stop or improve you really have to see a vet for more help.

When he vomits after eating too much, does he eat it up again after that? Oliver did that although it was just the one time, and it was less that he ate too much, but more too *fast* in his case.
