Could you give us some more information, please?  Why was he put on the antibiotic and which one was it?  Is it being applied to your kitty's eyes?  What I'm trying to figure out is if the lost lashes could be a side effect to the antibiotic, a symptom of the infection or a symptom of something else entirely.

Also, your photo didn't come through, so here is an article that should help you post it:

Actually his lungs were infected, he coughed and try to swallow something after it. So vet recommended antibiotic name as ZITHROMAX (Azithromycin) oral suspension. This is for three days according to body weight. Pic is attach.

What I am thing, it's ringworm.

I think I see what you mean about the hairs - you're talking about the long ones over his eyes, not his eyelashes, right?    I'm wondering if that might be a side effect of the zithromax.  Although hair loss isn't listed among the known side effects, an internet search does reveal quite a few complaints about it.   That's not scientific proof at all, just something to be aware of.   It does seem the hair usually grows back after the medication is discontinued.

As for ringworm - that's not a commonly reported symptom of ringworm, although I suppose it's possible.  Ringworm symptoms are not always clear-cut.  Here's some info on ringworm that might help you.

I would call the vet or email him that picture and get his opinion on it.  Definitely keep checking your kitty over for signs of more hair loss, as well.  If it is ringworm, you want to get on top of it right away.

And bless you for taking in this stray!

Thank you so much for considered this, and spend your prious time for search. You understand it correctly, I am talking about long hairs.  He is my first ever pet in my life. I will take him tomorrow to vet. Hopefully, this would not be what I am thinking.

I will update you tomorrow.

And thanks for sharing info about ringworm, it's good to know whether it occur or not.

You're very welcome.
I really am curious to hear what the vet has to say!
I take him to vet, he said nothing wrong with him. It's neither infection nor ringworm. Hair will grow again. I read on some site that after winter some cat remove thier dead hair for new ones.
