Cats like it but I don't. They scatter it everywhere... Was using pine pellet's but they don't like that. Any suggestions? Needs to be little to no dust.. I used blue diamond walnut's and was good at clumping and masking oder but dusty. Didn't cause eye irritation too me but near expensive audio equipment not good.

Have you tried World's Best cat litter? I tried it once, but couldn't stand the pine smell. Can't remember anything specific about the litter, but know others who use it and say it is low dust.

Another option would be one of the crystal litters. It's definitely low in dust. I think I tried the fresh step one and felt the pieces were too pointy, but there are other brands available. My cats only like clumping clay litter and I just couldn't get over having yellow crystals in the box.

I use World's Best Cat Litter and it is fairly low dust. Have you considered a covered litter box?  Not all cats like them, but they do cut down on the scattering and the dust.
