I missed my flight yesterday!

I think that I am going insane.

I had to fly to Cape Town on business. I understood that the flight was at 7am. I understood that I needed to be there at 6am. Somehow, though, my neurons did just not quite connect. I somehow added in an extra hour in the day. So I got up at 6, and only when Andrew told me I was going to be late, did the neurons fire properly!

I got there at 6.43. But they wouldn't let me on the plane...

So I had to buy myself another ticket to ensure I got there in time for my meeting.

I think that I am going mad. Mad I tell you! Mad!

I'm sorry you missed your flight and had to fork out for another.

It was just such an odd thing for me to do. Usually I am so organised. Very odd.

Well, I am the complete opposite of you... I am soooo disorganized, I would not be surprised if I missed fifty flights
