Hello, I adopted two cats about 2 months ago, now they are 7-8 months old and wile I was about to sterilize them, one got pregnant, maybe both of them, but surely one. I took them to the vet and we programe a ecosound to confirm it, but i want to know more about it, it is dangerous for her, because she is so little?
Thank you and sorry for the english, I speak spanish..

I don't know about dangerous.  I don't thinks it's good.  It is possible to spay/abort if the kittens are not that far along.

Young kittens are not always good mothers.

Its highly probable both were mated, if there was any occasion for it.  Could be the same tom at the same  occasion.

I too would recommend a spay / abortion, unless the kittens has began to move.   Also, you had planned to spay, you will spay anyway sooner or later.  Let it be now if possible.  That operation slightly more risky than the usual spaying, but delivery as such isnt riskfree either.

The delivery etc as such may end well, with a little luck and  Virgin Mary talking for them.  But you MAY get complications you wouldnt have with a more mature mom.
