My baby Tigre loves to eat plastic and i am worried that it is going to affect her health. Should i take her to the vet? Could our recent move be the reason she started doing this? Is it normal?

Yes, you should take her to the vet and make sure she doesn't have pica or something else going on medically.  Then, try using a calming agent such as Feliway and try to keep all plastic out of her reach.

I would take her to the vet. In the meantime, can you please tell us how much you are feeding her, how often, and what you are feeding her?

often when cat a eat weird things there is something going on. There is a recent thread where a cat was eating litter and the vet basically said it was normal. This went on for a month or so. The cat got really weak and sick and they took him to another vet. Sadly the poor cat didn't make it http://www.thecatsite.com/t/313927/urgent-help

So please get kitty to a vet and get blood work done, not saying that there is anything wrong with her but it is best not to take chances

How long has she been eating plastic?  Do you mean like plastic bags or other kinds of plastic?  My Swanie when he was younger liked plastic bags, plastic that was on paper towel packages, etc. I had to be very careful not to leave anything like that around where he could get it.  He seems to have outgrown it, but I'm still careful.  Vet visit is never a bad idea, though.
