Different cats like different things.  I don't think it's alarming that she doesn't like either cuddles or lasers unless this is a sudden behavior change.

You really should go see a vet about the fact that she is losing all her hair on some parts of her body.  This is not normal at any age and a vet would be best able to help you with this.

My cat has this issue, it's called Alopecia. Cats with anxiety issues will over groom themselves on the belly, tail and around their genitals.
They will also do this due to an allergy. I'd take her to the vet to rule out food allergies. Also, treat her for fleas as some cats have flea allergies. One bite can cause an outbreak.

This is not a disease, it's a mental condition associated with anxiety and OCD. But it can be serious if it's caused by an allergy (i.e.: food or fleas)
Take her to the vet to have them run some tests to ensure its nothing of that sort.
If it's anxiety/OCD try the product Feliway. It's a pheromone diffuser to help calm anxious cats. Your vet should carry it, and I know Petco carries the comfort zone that works the same.
Cats with Anxiety stress easy, so don't go making big changes in her life.
As long as there's no allergy and she isn't breaking skin there's no cause for concern.

If she's getting into fights with other cats that can be serious. Feral cats can carry FIV (Feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukemia) which can be a serious matter. I would suggest keeping her indoors and of course taking her to the vet. FIV and FeLV are transferred via saliva from the infected cat. Ensure she is vaccinated and protected from fleas and ticks.
Since I am not a vet I cannot tell you what's exactly wrong with her, but I can give you my best with my experience with this issue. The only way to get an answer is through your vet.!

I believe that alopecia is a medical condition, actually.  It is your body attacking your hair and making it fall out.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alopecia_areata  Hair can definitely be pulled from overgrooming from stress and/or allergies, too.

She does need to go to a vet, especially if she's getting into fights with neighborhood cats.  I would also keep her inside 100% until this is better.

It is for her health for now.  Please try to get her to a vet.  It's your job as your owner to keep her safe, even if she doesn't like it!

I agree, she's at great risk. Especially if she's possibly getting into fights with other cats. You can keep her in a room like a bathroom until she is cleared to go back outside. She won't be happy but it'll be beneficial for her and I'm sure you wouldn't want anything to happen to her.

I'm sure you do.  That's why you are going to do all you can to help her.  It's what any of us would do for our cats.
