You need to clean anywhere she has peed with an enzyme cleaner to truly remove the smell.  You can also try adding additional litter boxes and cleaning the ones you have more.  They should be cleaned at least once a day.  Many cats prefer two litter boxes.  Cat attract litter can help to draw her to the boxes.

First, though, she really needs to see a vet.  Between this post and your other, it sounds to me like there might be an underlying problem.  I think you need to have her checked for a uti at least.

She sounds sick, though, and may be in need of medication. You may have to find the best vet you can regardless.

You can try a deeper litter box as well.

she is so cute, she is not mean to other people... when she sees someone new she never goes near them, and also she really scares of going out, when i take her out she keeps meowing next to the door, i found her when she was a week i think, her eyes were closed, she never saw any cat, only when she was small a cat attacked her when she was in the gareden, so after that day she really scares of going out, and i put the litter box in the garden and she scares there i think thats why she is peeing on my stuff

If she's scared of going out, and you keep the litter box outside, why don't you try bringing it inside? And also, you may want to stop bringing her outside if she really doesn't like it.

Also, if you feel your vet is not up to par, you probably want to get a different one.

And, yes, your little one is absolutely adorable.

It sounds like she does not like going outside and needs a litter box inside. Is there a reason that she has to go out?

This seems like an easy fix!

I second that. If she's scared to get to her box, she'll pee on whatever she can find.
If you're queued about the mess, you can get a box with higher sides, put a mat or even a towel underneath, or just put it somewhere easier to sweep/vacuum.

I tried putting a towel under the litter box but she played with the towel either so in the end all the litter was on the floor

That's why vacuums were invented :D

I put pee pads under the litter box, and to help with the immediate area, and change them a couple times a week. And the day I change them, I vacuum up everything. No biggie.

They also make litter mats that keep some of the litter off the floor. Otherwise, you vacuum or sweep a lot and it's not a big deal. You could also try a covered litter box or one with higher walls.

Having a litter box inside is really critical to having a happy and healthy indoor cat. Trust me that she's miserable about not having an appropriate place to go.

Yep, just cleaned up and vacuumed the area today. Took all of 10-15 minutes. If it means Maple will happily use the litter box, I'm more than happy to do this.

Your cat won't be happy having to use the bathroom only on pee pads. They don't get to cover it or clean up after themselves. It will also encourage her to go on your clothes if that's all you provide.

Having a litter box inside and accessible is critical. You have lots of options above to work out an alternative.

The cats LOVE it. Put the lid on it and *poof* instant covered litter box. I leave mine open though, they like it better and makes for easier cleaning.

I don't vacuum every 15 minutes though. Twice a week is all. The vast majority of the litter gets caught in the pee pads but there is still a little that ends up further than that.
wow that was a good idea thank you, and im in kurdistan its from iraq, here people doesnt look after pets and there are lots of cats and dogs in the streets they are so cute but they scare of people because here people hurts them. and i found my cat when she was 1 week and she was too small to run away and also her eyes weren't open yet. and when people see that i have a cat they think its something strange -_-
