So my little tortie whos about 7 months is pregnant and i dont have the heart to abort the babies so i decided to let her have this batch. I am a first time pregnant cat mom and would like to know if anyone has any pointers? Should i be giving my girl some vitamins or something? Shed a very healthy girl. Oh goodness, 7 months? She's a kitten herself.

I do hope members who are well versed in caring for such a young pregnant cat will chime in with advice.  Personally, I would be incredibly concerned about her; she's far too young to be allowed to have kittens and complications could easily arise which will put her life at risk, let alone the kittens she births.

If it were me, I would revisit the idea of terminating this pregnancy and get her spayed asap.  I understand this goes against your personal feelings and I respect those but I think many others will give the same advice.

My cat is a tortie aswell and she had her kittens on Thursday. She's was born in March which makes her 10 months old, all her kittens are healthy and well. I guess the pregnancy should be fine as long as she's well looked after. How many weeks has she got left? If her pregnancy is visible then adding small amounts of kitten food to her normal food would be a good idea & if your cat is used to lactose products like milk, yogurt or cheese then you should give her tiny amounts of that aswell. You should start building her a nest so she has a place to give birth to and look after her kittens. We used a large gardening tray and put some warm old clothes in it but she originally gave birth to her three babies in a cardboard box. Hope it all goes well x

Yeah i found my girl in a bush and that was 9 months ago i assumed she was about 4 weeks old then. So shes probably around 10 months. Id guess that shes around 3 weeks pregnant right now. She has a tiny belly and her nioples are starting to show. :) i will look into getting her a nest area. I think shes looking for a spot she meows a lot and tries to get inti my closests and she goes under my covers a lot. Lol

Feeding your cat lactose products is usually not well tolerated.  You should be feeding her kitten food primarily, as she is still a kitten herself and it also contains the nutrients for kittens growing in utero.  She should eat as much as she wants.  She can also drink kmr (kitten milk replacer) from a bowl once a day if she's interested.

She won't need a nest until she is closer to delivery.

When her kittens begin to move in her stomach and you can see them, that means she has around 2 weeks left. However after I started spotting movements in her belly and she gave birth less than a week later :)

Yeah thank you guys! I love all the replies abd advice! I was thinking of getting her that cat milk stuff and giving it to her once per day. The thing is my boy cat is a fatty and loves to try and take all her foods. Lol im also hoping he wont be a problem once she has the babies!

You may need to separate her from your boy so she gets all the nutrients she needs.  To be clear, you do not want to get her cat milk that can be offered as a treat; that is a different product.  You want kitten milk replacer.

Is your boy neutered?

You will want to provide a nesting place that your boy cannot reach.  Uncut toms and occasionally neutered males have been known to kill kittens that are not their own.  It's quite typical in lions.  Besides, even it they are his, and even if he isn't one who would, your little girl will be much happier to be left alone with her new babies.

Yeah i was thinking that same thing. Wondering if hed kill them or something. My apartment has no doors but closest doors and a bathroom door. Eeek! Im thinking of setting her up in my walk in closet. She likes it in there too.

The walk in closet is a good idea.  The moms get very protective in the last week before they deliver and usually do not want other cats around them for the first 3 - 6 weeks after they give birth.

Can you post a pic? They should be enlarged to get ready for feeding.
