I work nights twice a week, and my mom or sister feed Felix dinner in that case. Before, when I was feeding him kibble, it was easy- they just poured some into a bowl.

Tuesday I forgot to leave some raw food to thaw in the fridge for Felix's dinner. I asked my mom to feed him some raw for dinner, since the bag was in the freezer...she said she couldn't find it, and fed him dog wet food instead. Today, I sent her a message telling her I had left a bowl of raw food in the fridge for Felix's dinner, but she just messaged me saying she didn't see the message until after she fed Felix...again, wet dog food.

This is not meant to rag on my mom in any way (in any case, I sent her a text thanking her but asking her not to feed him dog food, since it's not good for cats), but now I'm in anxious cat mom mode...I know the dog food probably won't have taurine in it, so will he be ok? He was only fed it twice...but I'm still worried.

Your cat will be fine
Two meals of dog food won't cause any harm. It's long term feeding (ie months to years) of feeding food that doesn't have taurine or other cat essential vitamins / minerals that will cause nutritional deficiencies.

Maybe next time you can put a bright neon Post It note on the bowl so that your family knows that it's for the cat. Maybe also put a big note on the fridge door. or if there are any questions on what to feed, someone can just call or text you to confirm instead of feeding dog food.
