anyone using wellness cat food? which one?

coworker swares by it. she says her cats are healthy, happy,playful and their coats are shinny soft....wondering if anyone else is using it?  and which one? she uses indoor formula. i am currently using taste of the wild only one place in my area sells it not much less than wellness and i have three places in my area that sells it,

I've been feeding Wellness CORE Indoor and Turkey & Duck canned, and I and my cat really liked them. (I tried the Beef and Venison one once but that was not as well received!) When I first got my cat, she was overweight from eating a food that had a lot of potato starch and she was always hungry. She has lost weight on Wellness CORE because I can cut back her portions and she's still relatively satiated because of the high protein content.

That said, though, I'm currently phasing it out of her diet because it has carrageenan and I'm a little nervous about that ingredient's ties to IBD and lymphoma. I'm also still tinkering with her diet a bit to really resolve some lingering constipation issues she's been having, and I don't think Wellness food caused them but it also wasn't the solution.
