My cat was drinking some of my aus ju and I read online to try to find out if that was okay and someone said if it has garlic or onion that's POISONOUS? IS SHE OKAY? She didn't have a whole lot, maybe 6-7 licks.

I wouldn't worry, I would make sure not to give her any more. Just keep an eye on her and see if she acts differently. My sister actual made a both with garlic and gave it to her cat for a few days as a food topping and nothing happened.
