Mmm !!! She has multiple problems.

1. She has a skin disease that is much like psoriasis that humans get.

2. Her coat is very dull because she most likely has been feral since birth + lacked much needed nourishment.

3. She had fleas fortunately she wasn't covered as bad as I feared.

4. She has a lot of scars from fights + what have you.

5. She has a growth in her that has fingers going to several different parts of the body.

When the time comes I will have her put down but as for right now she is not suffering.

I am covered with scratches. She is FERAL in all ways. Me getting her into the carrier was not easy at all. Right now she is under a tall bookcase crunched in the corner. I put food in a small dish and put it at the edge of the case. She will not come out for food or water.

She was sedated cleaned, groomed, treated, ex-rays, given meds (shampoo)to bring home + a bill that ran HIGH. I am lost what to do now. She seems scared to death of me now.

Okay. I was in the kitchen. I heard scratching in the litterbox in the living room. Thought nothing of it till I noticed Cally was sleeping on a kitchen rug and Tiger was sleeping on a kitchen chair. Had to be Smokey. Cannot see litterbox from kitchen. Came in living room to check. Saw a little bit food was gone and litter box used. Problem is I DO NOT KNOW WHERE SHE IS !!! I plan to 'sleep' on the sofa tonight.

Okay somehow she has now got back to under the bookcase. This house has no carpet so I took a thick but small bathmat and gently put it under the bookcase. It is cold tonight and hopefully she will lay on it. She hissed and snarled at me. She has not done all this harshness in some time. She was like this when she got back months ago from being spayed.

Are you planning on keeping her inside permanently?  If so, she needs a come of her own.  Cats are very territorial and they will not be happy to mix with each other.  It takes time for them to come to terms with one another.  Is there a separate bedroom you could put her in?  If so, it needs to be cat proofed.  You need to put the bed flat on the floor or block her from getting under it.  The same for all other furniture such as bookcases and dressers.  You do not want her hiding in spots where you cannot retrieve her.

I have lots of tips of socializing and getting a cat to adjust to indoor living and other cats.  But it takes time.  Lots of time.  She really needs to be separated from your other cats or there will most likely be some major fights.  Cats need to be introduced to each other slowly.

I am unclear what the finger like  projections are?  Is this cancerous growths?

She ran out this morning about 6:am when I got up to let the dog out. She is back under the carport. I do not see how I can shampoo her at least once a week. She is happy in 'her' home under the carport. While she was away I washed her things. Spruced it all up for her. At this moment she is back on top of 'her' garbage can. I fed her as usual. SURPRISINGLY SHE DID NOT RUN AWAY. She is backed off a little from me but no hissing or striking out. Just her sweet gentle meows. She has been living here for almost a year. I guess the carport is officially 'her territory'.

I would leave her be.  It is truly unreasonable to expect you to shampoo her once a week.  I wonder if the skin condition will change once the fleas are gone.  Do you have monthly preventative flea medication you can give her?

Yes I have flea meds for her food.

She is now laying in the sun. She looks like her happy self out there.

To her she is 'home'. I am going to keep it that way.

When the lab work comes in and we find out what is growing in her I will decide what to do then.

I hope Smokey is doing well this morning.
Smokey is at the picture window as I type. She LOVES getting on top of the garbage can and looking inside the house at me in the lounge chair. I sit here and talk to her gently all the time. I always give her slow blinks. Now she gives them back (finally). Thing is she does not come close to me anymore. I have to build her trust up there again.

@ShadowsRescue  If you look at her picture you will see her scars. That poor baby has been through so much. As you see I put green and black rubber yoga mat glued to top of can. I PUT BEADED CURTAIN UP SO SHE CAN LOOK IN

She is just a beauty even with the scars.  You will be a bit upset for a bit, but it won't take her too long to realize she are helping her.  Do you have any estimate of her age?

Thank you for all you are doing for her.  You are her family and even though she chooses life outside, she knows you care for her.
