I feel the same way. I loved his music and hate the thought of a world without him.

I was really shocked when I heard this. I was on the phone, and his picture came up on the news. I had to stop listening to hear the TV. I was in shock for a minute.

wow..

It feels like the end of an era. Sixty-seven was way too young to go.

So many musicians dying lately that aren't necessarily 27 but they aren't that old either. Makes me so sad

This seems be becoming quite the thing lately. Look at all who we've lost over the past few weeks: Natalie Cole, Alan Rickmann, Ian Kilmeister, David Bowie, Dan Haggerty, and now Glenn Frey. Always loved the song, "The One You Love". He sang it so well, and it always brought a smile to my face whenever I heard it. His work within the Eagles cannot be overstated.

I hate how we have so recently lost entertainers who ya know, we took for granted would be around til we got a little older. And so close together! Loved the Eagles; they completely changed the face of the 70s. It's hard to believe Glenn Frey is gone, though I had heard he was ill. [emoji]128532[/emoji]

I loved a lot of the Eagles songs, it's very sad that they are dying so young.

When we're kids, we think 60 or 70 is so old. Then we get into our 40s and 50s and realize it's not that old at all.
