Help: My cat is spitting up clear spit

She had a hairball about an hour ago and now she's just spitting up clear spit. She's not even foaming. She did it more frequently after she had a hairball, now she's just laying down and it happened two times in about 40 minutes. What's wrong with her? 

She may have a blockage. Can you take her to a vet?

Vet for sure! It could be a blockage or could just simply be nausea. But it's best to err on the side of caution with this one considering how critical a blockage can be. 

UPDATE: Yup it was just nausea. Thank goodness.
