Hello!  These are my darlings. Squezzy is completely orange and his brother Spyro has some whiteness. :D

Me and my boyfriend have adopted them three day after we moved in together. I know some might say we are quick, but we both wanted cats very much. Althou I have to admit I like dogs as well. And as soon as we can we will add a little dog in the family. :) At first we wanted to adopt one kitten and we had some problem fiding it. We live in France (Annecy) and in shelters there were no kittens and people who were giving it away, gave it away so quickly! We were too late and we called few hours after it was posted that they were giving kittens away... Anyway we finally find someone with 7 kittens. In pictures it showed there were two oranges kittens and I really wanted one. So when we went to collect them, guy said: Only two are left. My heart dropped. But I was still happy, I don't really care what color my cat is. :D And when we saw mother cat with two oranges kittens, we couldn't decide which one to choose so we took both. On the drive home, my boyfriend said that he knew I would take more than one. He was just happy only two were left! We were told we got a boy and a girl. Few days later I discovered we have two boys. Since I lived on a farm before, I can say I know a lot about animals.

Squezzy is our 'problem' child. When we first brought him he was shy, hiding under the bed, didn't want to be held at all. He warmed to us later. Me especially. When I read or watch movies sometimes he comes and sits on my chest sleeping. But if you want him to come or if you pick him up, when not invited, you will get scratched. You can only be nice to him if he allows it. He is my scaredy cat, afraid of loud noises. Good thing he has a brother who gets him out of dark places. :D He is named Squezzy because he makes squiky noises like dog toys when you squezze them.

Spyro is ful of joy and happines and mischievous. He will jump on everything, play with everything and destroy what he can. If the door is opened he will go out. But only until the stairs. When I tried to take him out he bolted back inside. He loves to go under covers and play. He loves to go in the shower and sits in water... But most of all he enjoys teasing his brother and driving me insane. His name is from game about Dragon, which we both play.

They are around 6 to 7 months old (yeah previous owner didn't know when they were born... When he said we were getting kittens two months old, I immediately saw they were at least 4 months old), so we are planning to castrate them in the very near future. Spyro especially has shown sign of sexual maturity (humping). It is hard to live in small apartment with two cats, after living on a farm. My previous cats were all outside. So now I have to deal with cat litter, cat food for kittens, toys, climbing trees, blankets. It is a hard change. I am very glad that mostly cats sleep either under the bed on another small matress or between my legs. Since I never sleept with an animal before, it was odd. There was a situation where one of the cats slept around my face during the night and we both discovered it's not gonna go. :D My boyfriend is sad, because he had indoor cats before, and they always slept around him. :D I told him that maybe the cats are waiting for me to get used to them sleeping on a bed,

This is us. Happy little family. :D

Second day. Eating as they must. These was before deworming. You don't see it but they bellies were the size of a small ballon... I was kind of mad of previous owner. They should have been dewormed before. Not that I mind deworming them, it's just iressponsible and mean to kittens.

Christmas was very difficult. We lost... a lot of decorations. Mostly it was Spyro.

He has most unusual sleeping positions...

Spyro likes to explore.

Watching movies and cudling. I am so happy Squezzy is so trusting.

I hope you are all well, and that we may have many discussions. :D

What beautiful kitties!  I love all the photos.  I must say one thing--I always hate to see cats in washers and dryers.  A friend of mine accidentally killed her cat--she threw some clothes in the dryer, started it and didn't know her darling kitty was in there.  It was so sad.

Looking forward to seeing more photos as the kitties grow up.

Yes it's so amazing, how at first they were so scared. It only took some time. 3 months to be completly comfortable with each other. :D It just makes me happy, to see my family getting along. Because I hear such horror stories with cats fighting each other or terorizing the dog. :D With my mother-in-law, who has 5 dogs and 3 cats, there are cats fighting each other but get along with dogs... weird.
