For the first time in....oh, I don't even know how long. I paid $1.99 a gallon for gas in central PA this morning.

No wonder it's cold: Hades has frozen over!

I know many of you are paying cheaper than that. Our gas taxes in Pennsylvania are simply ridiculous.

I live near the Massachusetts/Rhode Island state line. RI gas taxes are worse, so a lot of the RI people will cross the line to get gas in MA. We use Cumberland Farms smartpay and get 10 cents off a gallon by doing so. Aaron said he gassed up last night for $1.77 a gallon! That's the lowest I've seen.

There is some places here in Columbus that is as low as 1.49. For some reason it varies in neighborhood. The west side is always cheaper. The north according to the app is 1.99.

One day we got Gas at Kroger for 1.65 but that was with fuel points. We filled our van up for 35 dollars. Gas hasn't been this low since I had my son 15 years ago.

It is $1.75 here. We only have one vehicle that gets less than 20 MPG. That is the Tahoe. Hubby only drives it if he is pulling the big boat or the trailer with the tractor on it. My CRV gets more than 30 and the other 2 vehicles between 20 and 25.

I just checked gas prices here.

At Shell it is $1.89 - but they are immediately off the highway.

Speedway and Kroger are both at $1.64 right now and, if I remember correctly, I have enough fuel pints with Kroger to get 20 cents off the gallon, so that would take it down to $1.44 a gallon. Ironically, my tank is almost on full right now! LOL Wait til I get on empty and the price will jack up like crazy! Just my luck.

Chicagoland as a whole has prices ranging from one end of the spectrum to the other. If you're in the far southwest suburbs, I think that is where the prices are the lowest. If you are in the city (where you get Chicago and Cook County taxes piled on) it's absolutely ridiculously high. I live in Cook County but live close enough to, and work in, Lake County, so I very rarely buy gas in Cook County anymore.

I've seen it dip under $2 a couple times recently at the gas station by work. The one by my house though, not so much. I think the one half-way to work (at the county border) hovers in the $2.05 area, though it may have changed. I've been working from home all week so not sure.

$1.81 at most of the stations near my house. We've been below $2 for a while now.

I think it's $1.61 at Costco, might have gone down by now. Sioux Falls is always cheaper and of course the membership stores have a discount too. It's $1.79 in town, which isn't a huge difference. I've seen as much as a dollar a gallon difference! Small town prices are terrible.

Last time I checked...I think yesterday or the day before, it was 92 cents per litre here. It can change pretty unpredictably though!

Here where I am, it's been below $2 for months. Was passing through Springfield, Missouri several days ago, and it's $1.57 there. Think it's $1.59 here. That's unbelieveable.

I'd like to see it under $2.00 per gallon here but haven't seen that in years. It's still hovering around $2.69 to $3,49 for regular unleaded here in Central Cal.

It was 1.75 yesterday.  I filled up at Kroger and had .40 off so I got it for a 1.35.  It's been under 2 for months here now.  I think it was last at 2 almost a year ago.
