This is Hobbie. She's two and a half. She's not very pleased that I woke her up to take this picture.

This is Brittany. She's two and a half. She's currently residing at the local no-kill shelter about 20 miles from here.

They both have a little thingie on their noses that looks like a little gray strap about three quarters of the way up the bridge. Obviously, they're rather on the similar looking.

I'm probably drawing at straws here, though what're the chances that they're related?

And if so - Would they know each other after however long it's been?

And how freaked out would my other cats be if a carbon copy of Hobbie started milling around?

I know exactly how much love I have, and I'm not willing to take on another cat without being 110% capable of it - Though, if I decide that this one really is my kitty's long lost twin, I could try really hard.

It is easier to love another kitty that I ever imagined it would be. That is why I have 4 instead of my absolute limit of 2.
Having a matched set is really cool, too.

See, I have no problem loving another kitty. Though I think my family would have trouble loving me, if I loved another kitty. Their limit was zero. Now, we have four. With five, I'd be afraid they'd unionize in search of fluffier couches.

Does anyone think there'd be a chance they'd remember each other?

Marble and Garnet didn't remember lola at first but after she was home for a couple of days the three of them starting hanging our together. Lola went to another home and me and rich took granet and marble. Around six monthes latter lola's owners could not keep her so we took her. It is funny because marble and lola are alot of alike and they act like brother and sister. They will fight one minute, kiss and make up and then start fighting again!

Oh, and ashton and his mom snowwhite where apart for almost a year I think and they are best buds now that they are in the house together. I think they remember each other.

I don't know if they're related but I know they're both cute!!

I wonder if they'd find it interesting that they look so much alike.

Ha Ha Ha !! Me too!! my family's limit for cats was zero too, until they had me. My mother has allergies to cats. We have THREE now. Two live in a basement apartment with me, the other one lives upstairs with my parents and is my mothers baby!! For some reason, this cat doesn't aggravate her allergies much.

Get her. There is more kitties to love

My limit was zero also. Then I moved back home with Emmett. Now my dad is best buds with Emmett and I caught my brother playing with him (but he claims to hate cats)

I'd love to get another cat, but I'll have to wait until I move again. I will get one for sure then.
