My 1 year old female cat has diarrhea for almost a month, maybe more. At first I thought it was because I switched her food to all wet from dry, she was farting a lot, licking her anus a lot and once had an accident, she pooped a few drops so I was finally sure that she had diarrhea. She's an outdoor cat and there's noway I can take her home, so I can't be sure how bad it is or observe her when she defecates. But she keeps eating, drinking and playing and seems all fine except this problem. And a fews days ago  I started to feed  dry again, today she had an accident again :( her poop was more solid but obviously it's not normal that she can't hold it. So I don't even know what to do, though I will be taking her to vet tomorrow, I'd appreciate your advices, experiences and what this could be all about.

Since she is an outdoor kitty I would suspect a parasite of some type.  Vets usually want a fecal sample.  If that isn't possible maybe given that she is an outdoor kitty the vet may just go ahead and give a dewormer.
