My 1&1/2 yr old did something to her nail I cut them then she went to the vet cause she was sick, I noticed prob 3 days later that she's not baring full weight holding it up squeaking if I touch it. I've been soaking it in a warm peroxide & water mix. Still looks very sore. But I'm broke

How long ago was it that you had your little cat at the vet, and how long have you been trying to help her  by using the peroxide and water mix?

Does it look like her paw pad is infected and swollen without a draining wound, or is there a wound that you are treating?

I am sorry but it does sound like she needs to see a vet but if she only saw the vet very recently and the injury / problem might have been there when they saw her or possibly even linked to why they saw her then maybe they wouldn't charge you for the visit.

Please be aware that hydrogen peroxide's effect on wounds is to prevent them from healing so that any infection can continue to drain - if the wound needs to heal this treatment makes the situation worse.  It also doesn't help if there is an infection present but no wound open for pus to drain (and you should never try to make such a wound because you will almost certainly speed up any transfer of infection in to your cat's blood stream).

If your vet does not agree to see your little one with this maybe being missed when they last saw her, have you ever asked them about some kind of payment plan so you could take her in and then gradually pay off any fee and treatment costs in a way you could afford?   It sounds like the longer your cat waits for vet treatment the more in pain and sick she will be and costs only rise with this.

Wishing you lots of luck in this.
