Ear wax trouble

My cat has some ear wax problems.

It's on her fur around her ear and I think some has dried up inside and is really bothering her.

Her ear is always twitching as if she wants to get something out of there.

What do I do!

ps. (She's an old kitty)

There's some OTC medicine to soften ear wax that you can get at a pet store, but I would suggest you take her in to the vet. They can remove some of the wax and check for other problems. The cat may need to be sedated to get all the wax out.
