Killer always eats wet food very quickly, so I thought it was just food in his fur under his chin. But it's a sore and it doesn't seem to bother him at all. Does any one know what this is?!

He looks to have cat acne.  Try using stainless steel bowls, washed after each meal.  Don't forget to watch the water dish too.

Try cleaning it and apply either neem oil or cold pressed coconut oil. Small drop and massage it in. Helps fur grow back. Mine has the same scab looking stuff under the chin.

Snowy gets that... she gets her chin washed with warm water at least once a day... sometimes the acne will spread into her whiskers or the bridge of her nose too.  We use only glass bowls that get washed twice daily, but she still breaks out if she doesn't get her daily face washing.  She also had bad teeth so we are working on teaching her to brush her teeth.  Its still a works in progress, but if you offer her the wet  tooth brush, she will at least bite once on each side and in front.

She didn't care for our routine at first, but now she insists on it.

It does look like acne, and cleaning the chin with things like stridex pads can help although your vet might want to try something else.  I would not use any oils on his chin especially not neem oil which could be toxic.  But coating a dirty chin with oil isn't going to open up the pores.
