Is my cat pregnant, or should I worry about her having cancer?

I got a cat from my friend three days ago. My friend kept her outside, due to her apparently spraying around her house. Since I have had her she only uses the litter box, and is an extremely loving cat. The only problem is that she has a lump, possibly two, in her stomach. She does not seem to be in any pain and does not mind me feeling the lump (gently of course!). When I lay my ear above the lump I can hear bubbling. She eats a lot as well. I know those are symptoms of pregnancy, but at the same time her nipples are tiny, and aren't pink, as most articles I have read about pregnant cats say they should be. She's a year and a half and was never fixed, but I don't know if she was an outdoor cat previous to living at my friends house. Since I have had her she has no desire to be outside.

An unspayed cat who has been outside is almost certainly pregnant, unless she's infertile for some reason. It would be a good idea to get her in for a vet visit, to confirm pregnancy or have the vet investigate the lumps.

I agree with Willowy.   If its just a normal pregnancy, it will be just good to have established contact with the vet.  As his paying patient, it will feel easier for you to just phone and ask questions on phonne, when the need is urgent.     While not being patient, it feels very awkward to expect telephone advices for free.

Also, some standard medicaments they may prescribe on telephone, to their regular patients.  That is quite common, for example dewormers, or in Europe P-pill.
