Bald patch on foot?

I saw this before but it was much smaller so I didn't pay attention to it,but now its bigger and balder. Sorry for the bad quality. Its a bit scabby but I don't think you can tell on this picture.

I would keep an eye on it and if it continues to grow, get him/her to the vet for a check up and meds if necessary.

Has the cat been outside, had contact with other cats, or recently come to your home?  If yes, Ringworm (fungal infection) is a possibility.

I thought maybe ringworm was a possibility, I have some meds that say they take care of it so I'll use that too.
The cat is indoor/outdoor so that's probably it.
