Help please,something wrong with my cat

I got my kitty about 2 months ago, and she was about 2 months old then. She had, what I thought, was a kitty cold, with some dried mucus on her nostrils. Well a little more then a week ago, I noticed what looked like a pimple on the side of her nose. It was tender to the touch and a little bit swollen. Since then it , the pimple, seems to have grown across her nose and has gotten more swollen and the dried mucus looks much more like blood. She has not really been eating but she is still very loving and purrs. But ßhe wont let me touch her nose. Now the outside of it looks pink and bumpy all the way across her nose. I have an appointment with the vet next wednesday, because of this holiday week we are in. But I'm worried that this might be serious. Any suggestions on what it is or what I can do for her.

She needs vet attention ASAP.

I have no idea.  It could be from a food allergy, acne from feeding out of plastic bowls, some kind of growth, to some kind of fungal infection.  If you're feeding out of plastic bowls, I'd switch immediately to ceramic or stainless steel, or even paper plates that you throw away after each feeding.  As long as she continues to eat normally, play normally, and use the box normally, I'd say you're safe to wait until Wednesday.  If she hides, acts lethargic, or there's any other obvious change in eating or litter box habits, then she needs to go to the vet sooner.

My biggest concern is if it starts affecting her breathing.

You said in your original post that she hasn't been eating, correct? I would take that as a sign that something serious is going on and take her in asap.
