Ike and Pearl, here (Pearl's the smart one). Mom didn't have to work, today and we thought she would stay home and play with us. Instead, she left at 8:00 a.m. and didn't come home until noon. We heard her say something about Grandma's house and Grandpa's birthday. When she DID get home, we smelled other, strange dogs on her! She CHEATED on us!

Nobody told us that there were dogs at Grandma and Grandpa's. When they come here, they don't bring any dogs with them and Mom and Dad never take us there. We like Grandma and Grandpa - they always pet us and Grandma tries to get Ike to go for a ride in her car (Mom won't let him go, though).

We suppose that we'll forgive her, though. She just gave each of us a biscuit.

Hello Pearl and Ike
.... This is Patches the cat. I dont know why Meomies do that to us. Maybe we should give them the silent treatment until they wise up and give us some treats.

Pearl and Ike, I'm sure your mom only did that so that you would have something different and interesting to smell. Ike, if you really object to the smell of strange dogs, there is a quick and easy solution: lift your leg on her. She'll think twice about cheating on you again.

Hey, this is Pipsqueek. Mommy's partner does that all the time. He comes over to spend time sitting on the couch with Mommy, and he smells of another cat!! I'm not sure if he's cheating on Mommy or us! But he always gives us treats and he's pretty good at scratching and Mommy's happy when he's home so I guess we'll forgive him too.

hey guys know what my theory is? our mum and dad can talk to whoever they want to as long as they dont bring other cats or dogs into our house (that doesnt mean you shouldnt check them out when they get home and extract a treat and extra scritches if you can
)

Mom told Dad that some big guy named Brewster tried to give her kiss but, she wouldn't let him. They say that he is something called a "Great Dane". What's so great about him?

It was good day, anyway. We got lots of rain and we LOVE to play in mud!

sometimes mommy comes home smelly like another cat. but it's always after she was somewhere called the "pet store". so we don't mind anymore because the "pet store" also makes mommy smell like catnip and royal canin

Rosie here.

Our next door neighbour came to our house last night for a coffee with mum.

He asked if he could bring in 'Kayla' his bull terrier, and she said yes!. At which point, she quickly picked me up and carried me to my room upstairs trying to tell me it was for my own safety.

I was quite comfy lying on mums lap until he came!!!!

Rosie, if you come to our house, we will play with you. We wrestle with Rowdy, all of the time. Buddy and Opie won't play, though. They call us names. Just what IS a "big, clumsy oaf"?

When the cats next door are out in their yard, we invite them over to play, too. They won't come, either. Why are some cats prejudiced against dogs? We're friendly and we would never hurt a kitty.

Hello, Sasha here...
There is this cat that comes over all of the time without even being invited, Mommy calls him "Big Kitty". He lives on the other side of the screened door. He just comes right up and looks into my house, and PEW he stinks like outside! He sure is friendly, his "real" house is down the street. Mommy would let him in if I asked her but Daddy says he can't come inside to play. He is my buddy, I like when he comes to smell through the screen.

Hi guys, Nala here! Sometimes I sit at the window and the next door neighbor cats will come up onto the porch and sit there and it gets me really antzy. But it goes eventually away and I feel relieved, I guess they come to look in cause they know I'm so darling and pretty
. Also, my mom goes over to grandaddy and grandmas house frequently and they then bring home the smells of the the 4 dogs grandma has on them. My sister and brothers and I don't mind, we sniff her and then recognize their smell and don't bother as long as mommy doesn't bring the dogs here to my place!
