I have a kitten about 3 months old. Anyway, my husband was moving a box in the garage, she was no where around but the box fell est 100lbs. Anyway she started flipping and flopping with her mouth open, when she finally stopped her mouth was open and she was making a grunting sound. We thought that she was for sure suffering bc maybe the box had fallen on her. My husband was going to put her down bc she seemed to be struggling. I asked him if I could just hold her, I went inside and got a blanket wrapped her up and held her. Her heart was racing at first along with irregular breathing but since she's calmed down, not mouth breathing anymore and heart beat normal.

Plese take your vet to the vet ASAP. Your kitten could have internal injuries from a heavy box falling on top of her. Do you have a vet? Give them a call, even if they're closed. The after hours voicemail message will tell you who to  call / where to go for emergencies. Or use this directory to find a local vet ER: http://www.veccs.org/facility-directory/

Just want to second what LTS3 LTS3 said. If that box landed on your kitten, she needs to go to the vet right away.

Poor little thing! I hoping she just had some mild shock but you need to make sure at the vet, absolutely.

Ok, so this incident happened 24 hrs ago. Since then she's walking, (slow) but going to the litter box and eating and drinking. I talked to a friend of mine (whose a vet) she said she thinks Annabelle probably didn't get crushed, however her noggin got popped pretty good. She had a seizure secondary to a head injury. She slept beside me in a crate last night (first 12hrs are critical) but she seems better today, just looks like she's hungover :/. Unfortunately she has a concussion. And there's nothing we can do but wait...

She's probably in a lot of pain. I still think it's worth her going to the vet, even if all they do is give her pain medication.

Definitely take her to the vet. You don't know what the extent of internal injuries could be.

I'm surprised your vet friend didn't suggest a trip to the vet / vet ER. Without physically examining the kitten and taking x rays there is no way to know if there are any internal injuries. Seizures are serious and needs medical attention. Your kitten is likely in pain and needlessly suffering from it without the proper treatment. Do not give your kitten any Human medicine, whether OTC or prescription or even prescribed for another pet. Many Human medicines are toxic to cats (particularly pain medicines) and while pet pain medicines are generally safe, the specific dose and strength may be too much for a kitten.

Please take your kitten to a vet ASAP. If money is an issue, please see this for suggestions: http://www.thecatsite.com/a/no-money-for-vet-care-how-to-find-help-and-save-your-cats-life

How is your kitty doing?
She's doing great today!! My friend who is a Vet was right I guess :) Annabelle kinda hid out the past few days until today! She's not quiet her spunky self but doesn't seem to be in pain. Hasn't been eating dry food well, so hubby and I got her lots of wet food and smashed it up and she ate it no problem! Her little mouth is sore, I noticed after her seizure the other night she had bitten her tongue but the wet food seems to do the trick :)
