I just got a 5 month old from the Humane Society and I've had her for 3 nights going on the 4th day and she hasn't pooped in the litter box yet and I haven't found any throughout the house. She pees in the litter box. I'm assuming she's constipated maybe from being nervous and upset about her move at first, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do for her before I just take her to the vet. Thank you!

Cats are notorious for holding it when they are scared or stressed.  Since she's in a new home with new people, new sounds, new routine, and new humans she's bound to be stressed as you've mentioned.  If you're not already feeding her canned food, I'd try that and add in about a teaspoon of plain pumpkin puree.  Feed her wet food twice a day.  Has she been eating well?  If she can't/isn't/won't poop, she's probably also not eating well either.  I'd go ahead and get her to the vet as she needs a meet & greet with the vet anyway.  At least you'll know if she's constipated or not.
