My Kitten, Luna, has become lethargic and sleeps for most of the day and night. Earlier today she had the hiccups and she was sneezing. I can't figure out what is wrong with her and I can't afford to go to the vet. [emoji]128543[/emoji]
She's about three months old. I'm worried about her. What can I do for her?

How long has she been sick? Is she still eating? Drinking? Using the litter box?

Unfortunately she may need to go to the vet if any of the above are not normal. She's very young and being too sick could be quite dangerous. Part of having cats is paying for vet bills. I'd recommend pet insurance or putting aside some money every month for just in case.

Since your kitty is showing signs of lethargy, most likely s/he is already running a fever and needs to see the vet.  If you can't afford a vet, you can check out the link below to find some help.  Young kittens can go downhill VERY quickly, though and you need to act fast to help your little one.

Here are some things you can do to provide supportive care after you get to the vet or until you can get to the vet.  You can steam her.  Get the bathroom good and steamy and then sit in there  with her until the steam dissipates.  You can also go to the store and get Little Remedies Little Noses saline drops.  Be sure to get the saline drops, not the spray as that won't work.  Put one drop in each nostril twice a day.  It's also so very important that your little one stay hydrated and continues eating.  If needed, you'll have to syringe feed.  Your kitty can't not afford to eat.
