Hachi is blocked

My Hachi is 3 year old and he was blocked on 25 Nov , was catheterized and was doing good till 23 of this month . found blood within his urine and the doctor asked for a urine analysis and  it turned out that PH is too hight it is 8 and then she asked for urine culture which will i get the results tmw . nowadays he is urinating small amounts and there is no blood but am still too worried .. has anyone passed through this ?

I think MANY  people have similar issues with their cats, unfortunately
.  Do you have Hachi on special food?  Are you able to get him drinking more AND keep his stress level down?  Did anything different happen around the 23rd, maybe people coming over for the holidays, that sort of thing?   Stress can be a major factor in with this,unfortunately,and some cats are extremely sensitive.

yea he is on Royal canin urinary So , and today's result is not good
last time the triple phosphate was plus 2 and this time it is +3 ...

he has stapyloccus aureas .... do u know anything abt it ? the vet has prescribe antibiotic

Staphylococcus aureus is a very common bacterium and is often associated with cat urinary tract infections. There are some strains resistant to common antibiotics so you might need to try another antibiotic if this one doesn't work. Hopefully it will do the job and your baby will soon be back to health.

hopefully ... is there hope for these triplephosphate +++ to be dissolved ? cause am terribly afraid  if he would need surgery as i am still a student and won't be able to afford it :\
