Yesterday are male Tom Hidey threw up a roundworm and we have now dosed him for it but today he can't meow and has a sore throat we think it's because of this he's breathing fine but we just want to ease the pain for him but don't know how I've given him cat milk which will probably help but we don't know what else to do?

Let him be unless he has any other symptoms. Did you get the worming medication from a vet? You will need to dose him multiple times a few weeks apart to get them all.

That can be because of the worms and dewormer. Speak to your vet if there are continued symptoms or anything new comes up.

Well, it is normal for cats to feel unwell from the worms and from the dewormer. Definitely do not let him outside while you are concerned about his health, in the future. Cats have a tendency to hide when unwell and there is no way for you to monitor.
