Somewhere north of Mexico and on the ocean.
I've been noticing that my cat really likes the liquid that comes in the can.

Because I'm so smart, I tried smushing some of the pate in with water to make a more gooey, wet consistency, and hopefully entice her to eat it.

She said, "No Way!"

So I've been thinking about giving her turkey or chicken broth--like the organic, salt-free from Trader Joe's. I'm just wondering if this is a good idea, and if there's anything I need to know. I'm hoping broth might help me get her off the tuna.

Commerical broth often has garlic and onions which are no-nos for cats.

Try blending a can of tuna or tuna-based canned food with enough water until it turns into soup. Then use it as a topper on food. Borrow a blender from a relative or neighbor if you don't have one. A food processor also works.

Some seafood freeze dried raw is super stinky which many cats like. Try soaking a few pieces in water and then mushng it over food. Stella and Chewy's is a good brand to try.

A quick and easy way to make flavoured water is to poach skinless chicken or turkey in plain water (or place in a dish, cover with water and bake it). Keep the meat for yourself, and use the cooking water as a broth. My guys love it.
