You think you have two cats having kittens at the same time?

Has Scrappy given birth yet?

Is Sassy confined somewhere as well? Why do you think she is pregnant? Why does your mom think she isn't? Does she have other signs of labor?

What other signs? If you're not more specific it's hard to help.

How many other unspayed cats do you have?

And about Sassy - have you seen her pushing and struggling to get a kitten out? She's been in hard labor for a long time now.

Her vagina poking out is concerning. Can you see her pushing?

It is really important that you get all of these cats spayed. They are at risk for inbreeding and it's not healthy for them. It's also going to increase fighting with your cats. Is that something you can do once these litters are weaned?

Two things that I worry you are not understanding:
If she has been pushing for more than thirty minutes the kitten is stuck. This will kill your cat and all the kittens if she is not seen by a vet.

Also, cats can get pregnant again within a week of giving birth. It is critical that you do not let them outside or around any male cats that are over the age of four months or so. Otherwise this will keep happening.

How long has she been pushing with no results? I don't know when you called the vet but the situation may have changed.
