I was helping transport an abandoned or lost siamese to a cat rescue over the weekend. It was in my bathroom just a few hours with its own litter box and food bowl. Later that night when I took it to the foster home drop off, I came home and my bathroom door must not have been latched completely because the door was open- so my cats had exposure to the litter box and water bowl sniffing around for up to three hours. I found out today the cat is FeL+ and I'm wondering how much of a risk my cats are at from the exposure??? They are vaccinated, but I am worried....

Hi and i believe you mean FeLV+ and based on what you describe I would say your cat's chances of becoming infected are close to zero.  Technically feces can contain the virus, but even cats who share a litter box are at low risk and all your cats did was have part of one day with access to that box. And while the vaccine doesn't give great protection it does give some, and adult cats are much less likely to get it compared to kittens, so, personally i wouldn't give it another thought.
