One thing that is concerning me is that , I won't be home for a day (8-9hours) as I will be working and going to college. There's no one to take care of her when I'm not around , is it possible to let her stay in the cage until I'm back? Or let her be in a room. But , I'm scared if I just leave her out alone , perhaps there's mouse bait or something? I hope you could help me out or something , thank you! x

If kitten is young then yes, definitely keep her contained in a cage where she will be safe.

Kittens can and will get themselves in all sorts of trouble and dangerous situations.

Cord chewing, etc.

Just be sure she has fresh water she is unable to spill and food, babycat dry and/or canned kitten fancy feast pates are great.

I'm sorry since I'm new to kitties care. My kitten was sick ever since day 1. I brought her to the veterinarian and was giving some pills. But I have no idea , how to feed her. Since it's her first time eating medicines too. Hmmm , what should i do?

How old is the kitten?  What food for her do you have currently?   Do you know exactly what the vet said about the sickness, and what pills he gave?

What country are you in?

Anyway, if you can get goat milk, its always useful. Raw goat milk is best - fresh or frozen, but bottled etc is OK.

Plain mild youghurt is OK too if the kitten isnt very small.  Youghurt helps also if she got antibiotica.

The pills can be crushed and put in tuna juice to disguise the taste, call your vet first to make sure they can be crushed. If not, get Pill Pockets and put them in there, I've had good luck with those. Or try wrapping them in a piece of shaved ham or turkey.  A sick kitten usually won't eat, so you have to tempt them with things you normally wouldn't feed, you have to get them eating. Try bacon or hot dogs, jarred meat baby food for humans is a big hit, or a little chicken broth that is low sodium, or better yet made from a piece of chicken boiled and strained with no salt. As StefanZ said above, goats milk is the best, do not give cows milk. Good luck, and please keep us posted!

Well , she's 5 months olds , they gave me some pills. Which is antibiotic and the flu medicine and some vitamins. The kitten is consuming the vitamins since it's in liquid but not the pills x

There are suggestions for giving pills above.  You can crush the pills and mix them in with a small portion of really tasty food or tuna juice.  Or you wrap the cat up in a towel, open their mouth by pushing on the sides, then pop the pill in.  Make sure they swallow.  Your cat is not going to get better without these medications if they are necessary; you must give them to her.

She's too old to be in a cage for long periods of time.  A cat-proofed room would be much better.
