I need help!!

My cat came home about 2 months ago with a nasty scratch on his head it was bleeding and pudding but slowly went away but then it came back more into the middle it was hot and swollen and you could tell he was in pain so I took him to the vet and they said he got bitten and gave him antibiotics and a cone. They antibiotics worked really well and it went away about 2 weeks ago he came home after being outside and it was back again but worse puss and dried up blood all over his head. I put a warm compress on it and put the cone back on it with some polysporn. It's pudding like crazy a part of the scab came off and it looks like he almost has a small hole in his head. I don't know what to do I can't afford to drop another 200 bucks at the vet for it to come back again someone please help me!!

It sounds like an abscess that burst.  I am not a vet just a fellow cat lover.  The antibiotic probably partially cleared up the infection which is why it looked like it went away.  Keep the cone on until it finishes healing.  Now that it has burst and drained hopefully if it doesn't close up with infection still inside it will go ahead and heal now.
