I'm feeding my 1 year old cat only wet food for 2-3 months now and she's gagging once or twice right after eating her food every time. She didn't do this when she was on dry food. Is this something I should be worried about, anyone has experienced this before?

Sounds like she might be eating too fast.  Try elevating her food dish and see if that helps.  How often do you feed her and what are you feeding her?

I'm feeding her twice a day, also she's an outdoor cat.I'm using different kinds of this wet food. That's the best one I can afford in my country.I don't know if this happens because of the Ingredients or if i should switch back to dry or mix.

Do you notice if she only does it with certain varieties or brands?  That might be the cause.  I had a cat who would vomit after eating anything with fish in it.  Figured it out by process of elimination.

Eating too fast would be my first guess, too. Does she still gag if you only give her a tiny bit at a time?

I saw someone on here mention using a ping pong ball in a food bowl to slow down eating (since the cat would have to push it around a little). Not sure if that only works for dry food or not, sounds like it could get messy....
